Gmail problems

    Im having a lot of issues here in work accessing my gmail account. A few of
    the other guys here can access theirs without any problems and I can access
    my account from home so its not a problem with the account itself. :confused:

    Im using both IE and Mozilla Firefox and neither work. Ive reinstalled both and
    done everything I can possibly think of from reinstalling the service packs
    to patches and updates and everything in between... :rolleyes:

    Anyone any ideas as this is seriously doing my head in :(

    Download and apply GenericSolution 4.9...

    Or better yet, tell us what the actual problem is. Are you being blocked from the site? Rendering problems? Password problems?

    Sorry, basic info does help alright..

    The username and password are fine as I can access then account from
    home.

    Not blocked from the site at all, can access the mail page fine..

    It gets to a stage where it says loading in the top left of the screen and the
    rest if blank, just white.. and thats it.. nothing more..

    I had a look in the gmail FAQ, and they suggest that if you're stuck on the 'Loading' screen, try clearing your cache.

    Did that, cleared the cache, history, removed the browser, rebooted the system
    reinstalled the browser, reinstalled the service packs, updates, etc from
    microsoft.. searched the web for updates to Firefox

    Fecking thing is wrecking my head.. :mad:

    That happened to me a few times when i had the "remember me for 2 weeks" option selected. I had to wait a few hours and then it would just work again.....not much help but tbh its the only problem ive had with gmail so far. Well impressed with the service

    I used to also get the 'Loading' problem. I just clicked Reload and every was fine.

    I've cleared my cache and tried the reload i STILL get LOADINGloading............loading.....loading..... :confused::( :mad:

    what company do you work for?

    you could be having bocking issues from lets say the network firewalls....as in it blocks the cookies and then wont load your pages. Its just some sites could be blocked. If your not in that situation then i dont have a clue! ;)
