Well I am going to take a look at Desprate Housewives, just to see the fuss.

Any others we should take a look at.

Also not new series but new shows starting up.

Will be of course looking at Joey.

However neither show looks like they'll have me as a major fan.

One show i've heard is brillant, but ain't seen it yet is 'Lost'

It's the latest show from the creator of 'Alias'. Heard it's brillant!

Starting on E4 (and Network 2, apparently) sometime this month!

Aye, I want to see Lost aswell myself, but not being one to watch TV, I'll likely wait for the DVD.

I 100000% recommend Lost, having seen the first eleven episodes (thanks cousin!).

Ain't seen Desperate Housewives, but intend to pick it up this Wed.

Will watch Joey out of curiosity...

I take it I'm the only one who thinks Desperate housewives looks crap then? I mean, granted I might be wrong having not seen the show, but the advertising does nothing to make me think i'll enjoy it - if anything it puts me in mind of such monstrosities of entertainment as Dream Team. Ugh.

However, I must admit I will also watch a few episodes of Joey to see what they've done - specifically, will they have been astute enough to create a decent supporting cast to keep the show going or will they try and really on "how you doin'?" for the entire season?

Was in the states recently and I saw the first episode of "Housewives", have to say I was gripped. Found it witty and entertaining. Would definitely reccommend it for viewing!!!

Has a Melrose Place look about it but will try out one show.

I think it's less OTT high-drama, but probably broadly hits the same target. I'm interested because I heard it's got a vauge "Twin Peaks" vibe to it, and I love that show!

When is Lost due to crash onto our screens? ;)
I haven't seen any promos for it yet.

This month on E4 anyway, according to Digitalspy yesterday. I'm pretty sure RTE2 has it (won't swear to it though) but have no info.

    Thanks, ixoy.

Glad to hear E4 have it at least - they'll repeat the hell out of it.
