I Have a system with 512 ram in it atm. Just wondering, say I want to get another 512, must I get the exact same ram module as the one thats in the machine atm. Or what are the criteria/specs that must match in order for both ram sticks to be compatible with each other. Thanks, -Coz.

You're better off getting the same. If you spend more money on better RAM it wont make a difference because it will be forced down to the same level as the older ram, same goes for cheaper ram, it will cause your old ram to become slightly worse.
