Problems with NTL Digital STB. Can anyone help?

    I'm having problems with my NTL Digital Set Top Box and I am wondering if anybody can help me? It started when I had to switch off the power to the box due to a problem with my DVD recorder. Ever since then I am getting the following message "Your set top box cannot find any services. Switch off your stb from the mains, check all connections and switch back on after 10 seconds. Error 1014" and receiving no channels. I have done this several times and I am still getting nothing. Also my analogue signal is working fine and all our bills are paid and up to date. Can anyone give me any tips as to how to solve this problem as I am unlikely to be able to get anybody to come out from NTL for several days?
