Help please with Bios

I updated my bios using Asus automatic updater during the update the software reset my computer when the computer started uip again all I get is a black screen, does any body know how to recover my orignal bios so I can use my computer again My motherboard is an ASUS K8N-E Deluxe

Did you set the settings in the bios for your cpu/ram etc. THey will all be reset when you upgrade.
