Looking for a link that will just display PM unread count, Total and total confirmations.

Something like this would be fine.
    4:10:2

This would be 4 unread, 10 total and 2 confirmations.

Going to do up a status bar PM checker for firefox, but want to do something that isn't intensive on boards. I could just strip it from the main page but thought that would be better.

Which page do you mean when you say "main page" ?

www.boards.ie. If you are logged in the text required is there and its just a matter of parsing it. But don't want to load in a whole page just to get a couple of bytes.

I must be blind, I only see the total and unread listed.

I guess I am blind too. :D Actually subscriptions as well would be nice (just total).

This is a sample where the numbers go (See picture)

I also have a sample (I've been using to create the plugin) here..

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
