    It's not like he said "gypsies are better than blacks". I assume he was trying to make light of the fact that he used Henry's skin colour to single him out rather than calling him "that arrogant French cúnt" or whatever, which would probably have gone down better with a lot of 'fans'.
    The translation of the quote is once again dodgy - "All I did to motivate the gypsy by telling him he was better than the black" is not even a sentence.

    Perhaps the translation makes it sound worse than it actually was. The media loves to manipulate quotes to sell papers and villanize(sp?) certain individuals, anyway.
