    Hi,
    I bought this for the missus for Christmas (€180) and then lo and behold, some absolute WA*KER has robbed the flat while we were visiting relatives. Took nearly everything. The missus is really upset over the Sex and the City set as she'd be asking for it for ages. Anyone know anyone selling it or where to get it cheap. Can't afford a lot as I'm saving for our wedding. Any help would be appreciated. Happy new year.

    Just a thought but would your insurance not cover it (along with the other stuff taken)?

    I don't have any insurance. I don't know what the story is though? Will the landlady have insurance to cover me?

    Assuming you are a tennant, the landlord will have buildings insurance and contents insurance I'm afraid is your responsibility.
    You could check with her and see (highly unlikely though) if she had the
    insurance for the contents as well.
    This would happen when the tennant couldn't get contents only and the landlord would change their insurance from buildings only to all.
    It would be very unusual though.
