Cant install Rome total war:(!

Whenever I try to install the game an error message appears:

"This installation package could no be opened. Contact the vender to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.
K:\Rome - total war(tm).msi"


anyone any idea on how to reactify it?

Poor you - it's brilliant.

I'd try to install it on a mates PC to ensure that the media isn't corrupted (unlikely but possible). If it is the CD, return it.
