Creative problem ?

    When i hit submit in Creative MediaSource to get track names the gracenote CDDB registration windows pops up and i agree to the t&q's but i keep getting the error " Socket Open Failed "

    Can anyone help please ?

    Any chance your firewall/router/whatever is blocking the port that CDDB uses?

    An even better solution would be to use windows media player 10 to put your music from c.d's onto your HD, if youre connected to the net it will automatically sort out album name, artist, song name and even get album art for the folder. Thats what I use, then i use the mediasource to import the tracks from my music. Easy.
