hi people. im sharing a house at the moment, and there are two rooms available.
1st room is a single room 280/month+deposit
2nd room is a large single room 315/month+deposit

there are 4 rooms in total.
all bills are divided by the four people in the house, so its never a lot for bills.

u must be willing to stay minimum of 6months

big house
clonsilla village
good area
bus route 39 is literally just across the road
train into town(takes 25mins) is 5mins up the road
blanch centre is only 10mins walk/20mins on bus

nice house-ive been renting a room here for over 4 years

u can smoke if u like, theres not a problem with that.
the other room is not a double room....its a large single room(much bigger single than a box room)

I'd be interested - but can't guarantee that I'd stay for 6 months (I'd be planning on staying until Sept, but there'd be no way I could guarantee it)
