    Anyone seen any good bargains in the sales? I was interested in the best value I can find for around the €500 mark. 28" widescreen or bigger and the best quality I can find.

    Thanks for the reply. I should have posted here before now but I got a Sharp at Power City in Sallynoggin for €450 including stand. I think the one in Tesco was around €400 but it was a less well known brand. I can't really remember now.

    i got a philips 28 widescreen in the DID sale for 249. nearly sure its gone up now though. u should check them out though, usually pretty good on price

    Powercity had a few Sharp 28" Widescreen 50hz at under 400. 360 or something.

    I got a Bush 28" from tesco €259 last week, works great, checked D.I.D, Dixons, power city before hand didn’t see anything cheaper. Very impressed with the quality and easy setup features. My friend got a 32" Philips last year 3 times the price, the quality is the same.
