Hi, i've had a new AIW card running fine the past few days with cable tv picked up fine and running perfectly using autoscan (none of the black and white troubles common to tv-in), however for some reason I can't fathom i'm unable to pickup channel 4.

Does anyone who is running their cable into a tv tuner card know wether there's a common problem with the channel, or what the frequency of channel 4 is on ntl cable to try and manually input it? Cheer for any help totally new to this.
