pstwo car adaptor

    does anyone know if the psone car lighter adaptor will work on the pstwo ?!? the plug fits but im reluctant to try incase it blows my car or even worse the pstwo.

    It might not supply enough voltage to power the PS2, but it might.

    If you do try it, it should not damage anything I've tried power up my xbox from a transformer that wasn't supplying enough power, it just started up and turned off a few seconds later, no damage done. But don't blame me if it does.

    ok tried it and it came on cant find my car screen thingy so couldnt play it but the green light came when i pressed it. It says 7.5v on the the car thingy and 8.5 on the ps two dc adapter, maby the 8.5 is for powering a screen aswell as the pstwo ?!?
