Maybe I'm getting too old or something but I just can't take much heavy christmas food anymore. I felt a little nauseous earlier but am recovering.

How are you feeling?

Normally I would eat everything but would go for a walk afterwards - this year it has been unseasonal - had pesto and potatoes for lunch and mince pies and pudding for dinner. You just have to pace yourself...

I had to walk to and from the office.... and then again later on as the alarm went off... the fresh air and walking makes the food easier to handle...

I'm looking forward to my christmas poo though... christmas poo is the best poo...

mmm, friend came over and gave me some animal bars.. ate one, he left, i had me dinner, then ate about 6 more animal bars, just had some triffle, will be breaking out the roses for eastenders, and lets not forget the biscuits!!:D
