    More colour though. I can only speak for myself when I say I'm not a big fan of black/white.

    Maybe use CSS to change the colour of the scrollbar on the centre frame to match the rest of the page (ie- black white and grey).

    The default Windows XP blue scrollbar sticks out a bit.
