Pace Minibox

    Hi

    Just looking for a bit of information on the Pace minibox.
    I don't think it lasted that long on the market and I was wondering did any one here have one and were they any good?

    Pro's Con's etc..

    I've never actually seen one, but the lack of RGB, RF2 linepower and external PSU would be 2 reasons to deter me from buying one!

    There was a review of it in an older Wotsat magazine.

    They were a disaster of a Digibox. On average of every 10 we installed, at least nearly 6 of them would go down. Most of the problem we encountered was actually the mains transformer used to supply power to them burning up. although they did really have a strong tuner in them, so they were very much sought after for export.

    Thanks for the info lads.

    It's just the type of digibox that could go well in a kitchen.
    As I think it was quite compact.
