remove for Sober-I worm

My in box has been flooded over the last few weeks with e-mails with the Sober-I virus came back today to the laptop and it has the sober-i virus, im using sophos anti-virus it's up to date with it's ides but it still can't remove it, anyone got any ideas?

i have used the symanted sober remover it says sobe ris gone but sophos says that explorer.exe and loghost.exe is still infected?
