So okay, the boards are censored because of the perceived threat of litigation. What about the perceived threat of somebody sueing for the right to free speech?

Its not fair Monty keeps sniping stuff outta my topic starters. Ok the first time he snipped stuff out i went a little overboard but i apologised and yet he still holds it against me.

I think it's more things that they find offensive. They have all sorts of warnings that they won't be held responsible for what we post, though I don't know how that would hold up in court.

The only way I can see to use that evil-smiley in a post is to use regular image tags...
