I want to round up all goths and ravers and put them in razorblade lined pits together, where they will fight to the death. I feel that this would make excellent prime-time viewing. There's also the interesting concept of charging members of the public to be allowed to stand at the edges of the pit with flamethrowers...

I dunno, you got to hand to Marilyn Manson for being one of the last voices against enforced "family values" type cr@p.

Oh yes, agreed. I don't exactly consider him a goth tho, he falls more into the category of "psycho freak". Psycho freaks are fine in my books, no problem with them at all. It's goths, those most ironic of beings who have chosen to express their individuality in the most conformist of ways, and ravers, who are much the same but with more drugs, who need to end up in cages, with razor blades and flamethrowers smile.gif

I'd pay good money to be one of the folks at the side of the pit with a flamethrower smile.gif Anyone see the show on channel 4 at about 3 am last saturday or the saturday before? All about people who thought they were vampires, or who wanted to be vampires, very, very disturbing.

Yes but if they're being conformist in a closed off clique are they not united (in an admittedly wierd and silly way) against a larger conformity which is what society in general deems as "normal"?

Besides, goth chicks give better head. wink.gif

I've met one or two over here. Actually the funniest was a friend of mine. She works with a guy who claims he's a vampire. He complained to his boss that his co-workers weren't respecting his beliefs.

Oh look at him he doesn't look like/dress like the majority of people lets burn him in a pit
    yea coooool!
i hate this intolerant society of ours i really do

I don't like the intolerant one, but I quite like the sarcastic one. Shame not everyone gets it, eh?

Oh, I genuinely don't like goths in general - more on an amusement and vague sadness level than anything else. The razorblade pit and the flamethrowers isn't something I'd actually do. If only because it's really difficult to get good quality old-fashioned razorblades these days...
