    I'm going to be going to the Velvet Revolver gig next month, and can't find a way home after the gig, as I get my bus in Athlone and my friends who's coming as well lives in Sligo, but we'll both go back the same way.

    Anyway, anyone know any buses/trains that will be available aftere the gig that goes to either Athlone or Sligo?

    I had a look at teh bus timetables as well, nothing overnight afaik. Nxt morn, sleep in heuston :(

    Why don't you just stay in a hostel? Jacobs Inn and Hotel Isaacs are beside Busaras (a 10 min walk from the point) and they're very clean and cheap

    Point is a pain to leave - get overnight accomodation - had to walk for an hour to get a taxi after the Thrills...am going with my brother to REM so at least he has a car :D
