I have a problem with my Sky Pace decoder.
the coaxial cable isn't obviously making a full connection.

What do I need to check.
Should the outer cable outside shielding cylindrical plastic which covers the core be exposed and touching the metallic sleeve.

    any tips..?

I'm just not sure how the connection should be wired.
