    just wondering everyone, i ordered some stuff off overclockers a few days ago in the hope of getting it before xmas ;) everything i ordered was "in stock" yet when i try to track the order it says:

    "Your order has been sent to our warehouse but not yet printed.
    If your order remains in this state for several hours there may be an out of stock item delaying your orders progress"

    Ive tried emailing them but all i get in reply is a mail saying that they are no longer excepting external emails.. :( .Anyone think i have any chance of getting any of the stuff before xmas? :confused:

    Doubt it. I've been waiting on stuff for about 3 weeks now cos they're out of stock. If I cancel the order, I loose money due to the exchange rate. I needed this stuff for christmas too, which is why I ordered early(ish)

    Did you try rininging them?

    I ordered of them before and had no problems at all with them.

    Don't trust the stock indicators on their site. I ordered a 6800 GT from them, they didn't have it in stock, despite it being listed as in stock. They had 4 other 6800GT cards listed as in stock, from different manufacturers, but none of those were in stock either.

    Ring them if you can (if they opened up the phone lines again).

    they're not the best really.
    How long to deliver is anybodies guess - it is chrismas and I've found them quite sloppy generally WRT deliveries. TBH, i'd be surprised if you got it in time.

    <rant>
    Emails at the best of times seem to be answered about 24 hours+ after you send them. you'll get a terse one sentance reply though which is usually not at all helpful.
    Phoning them doesn't help - their system is constantly jammed and you'll be luckey to even get into the call queue. Even then, you'll just be timed out waiting (happened a few times to me).

    Your best hope is that your package ships asap. The external delivery company they use seemed quite good (the actually answer their phone :))

    That's exactly what happened to me too :(

    And at the time, they'd closed their phone lines and were only accepting e-mails.

    I ordered a wirelss router from them on a monday afternoon, and it arrived no problem the following monday, so it was 6 working days, which is not bad.

    Sit tight and it should arrive...
