Weird problem with my toolbar

I don't know how it happened. I just booted up and there it is. I appear to have two program lists on my toolbar and I can't seem to remove one of them. For example. I open notepad and two Notepads appear in the toolbar (even though there is one). Anyone seen this before and how to fix it?

Nevermind finally found a solution for it. Ran this VBS file. Annoying though.
