ntl just went down

ntl digital just went down,,i could be cut off because i owe money. But its 10:30pm.i can see rte1 tv3 itvnews and senna sports,all other channels say i am not subcribed,analog is working. Any one eles go down. i rang the freephone number but its closed ,,so if its closed can they cut me off?

If you dont pay your bill what do you expect.
Channels like ITV news and TV3 and not scrambled but the rest are. NTL can switch of you viewing of these channels at the flick of a switch.
