a) I didn't do anything wrong by offering them to the highest bidder considering I was taking "ANY" offers under the face value!!!!!

b) I didn't do any off thread dealing as my son got two friends from school who bought them for €20 each. Hence they were sold off your stupid Boards.

So xxxx YOU very much for a stupid pointless ban. You are a twat really aren't you considering you didn't ask me or challenge the thread in any way to see what I was doing. Considering I have never put a foot wrong on the Boards at any stage you would think that an MOD and ADMIN would have a bit more wisdom than my 3 year old daughter!!

1. Trying to circumvent a ban tends to lead to a harder bannage.
2. A ban does not mean your permently banned (although calling people twats helps)
3. The admins read the prison forum so you got the right audience, no need to spam the message.
4. If you think they don't read it then PM the admins as spamming here will just lead to people taking the piss out of you.

Touting is generally defined as a person who sells on tickets for more then their face value. Which you did (I checked your post)

a) A lifetime ban is hardest, I would have thought...??!!

b)You can't PM any Mods when your'e banned...! So you don't know much yourself for a "supposed" Mod!

eh there's a difference between mods and admins... mods, think they're on a higher slate than the rest in my opinion, admins seem more down to earth compared to pretty much all the mods...

You can contact Admins. Despite what people tell you moderators are very limited to the forums moderate only. Only an admin can do a site ban (which is what ecksor did).

From what I read of you post it clearly implies that you are selling to whoever pays the most. As it is likely at least one person will offer face value, you would still sell them for a higher value. Prehaps a better phrase would of been "Selling them for face value or nearest offer".

see i had sympathy for your case, but your tone in prison and since reincarnating yourself means that my sympathy and the chances of your case being reconsidered have vanished.

Now go away, delete your posts if you can before an admin reads them, give it some time and then reincarnate if you're bothered.

Your ommision of upto face value whilst perhaps a simple oversight lead to a very understandable interpretation by the mod of FS and subsequently by Ecksor. you could have argued you case IMO (which counts for very little) but you scuppered that.

LOL.. actually moderators tend to know exactly where the slate is. The reason people get so uppty about moderators is because they are the first line in removing a person from the forum they moderate. They still answer to the admins though.

I get that I really do. I was amused that as I posted saying how little my opinion counted for, that someone else was accusing me (not by name but by association) of thinking my opinion was more important. Everyone opinions are of equal importance except the admins and the mods of that forum as Hobbes has said. And even then only when it comes to the running of the site as opposed to discussion based opinions.
