If your looking for a challenge play some Allan Holdsworth. Very tricky scales and chords. In specifics get "Road Games".

A lot of Allan Holdsworth tabs are yonder.

    :D

Wes Montgomery - The Incredible Jazz Guitar of Wes Montgomery

    Wes Montgomery - Boss Guitar

    Pat Martino - Strings

Pat Martino - Live at Yoshi's

Any tune there will be a nice challege.

Or you could try what I've just finished transcribing.

    John Coltrane - Giants Steps

Nice one! Most of the tabs for that album are on the site I showed you. Twas the reason I showed you. Wouldn't want you getting confused. Or maybe not?

If you dare, check out a collaboration between Pat Metheny and John Scofield. The album's called "I can see your house from here".

    John Mclaughlin - Electric Guitarist

First guitarist i've heard that can play smoothly and consciously over the Giant Steps changes!

    Amazing stuff!
