Cost of building in Ireland

Would anyone here know what the cost of building a 2 or 3 bedroom bungalow (holiday home style) in Ireland would be, excluding the cost of the land? Just a rough idea, I appreciate prices probably vary wildly depending on choice of fixtures and fittings etc.. but am interested in finding out how much it can be done for..…
