New Sticky?

Would anyone think a sticky on 'deciphering' public transport fare structures would be useful. Particularly on the lesser known fares / deals.

    For example Irish Rail:

Weekender:The weekender ticket considerably reduces the price of a inter-city weekend return journey. e.g. Galway-Dublin E24 vs. E40.
    Initial cost: E7.00, photo needed.
Conds:Outward journey on a Fri, Sat, Sun. Return up till the following Tues. Tickets can only be purchased at a ticket desk and not at the machines.

    Etc, etc.

Or is there too much to decipher?!
