Harmony Telephone?

So I've being at the parents house for Xmas and was just having a look at their eircom bill. They are being charged €4 every two months for a coca harmony telephone? The only telephone they got was a white old one in 1988 so I find it hard to believe that they have being charged for that since then. Anybody here know…
