Reckon it works like this: if 99% of people understand it and are capable of being offended - no way. Think e.g. VIEN5TOI would get through tbh! Imagine there's a sh1t-load of Irish vanity numberplates that 10% of people deny they understand :rolleyes: while they do get it!
