I would fully expect somebody who does this to use an internet cafe. They would be extremely silly to use their own ADSL (if they have one) connection.

Nope the person that did this is a mod. I believe on last talking to ecksor it has been narrowed down to 3 people and thanks to the new source this person has given us some cross checks should confirm who they are and they will be dealt with.

After that what reparations that the admins decide to take elsewhere will be interesting

Hardly.. you need a moderator login to view it. The mod in question looks like they didn't edit the files fully so they left numerous tell tale signs in the source code.

Might not of been the mod who posted it though. I suspect its related to the other incident.

TBH, trying to find out who it is, is 10000x more intresting then reading the mod forum.

Yes, you need a mod account to make a copy but you do not need a mod account to post that link to the board. The person who posted it is highly unlikely to use the same connection as the mod who copied it.
