If you are a member of Your local Gun Club. Does This grant you permission to shoot on any lands in the gun club area as long as it is not a sancutary.

No it doesn't. Being a gun club member is only the first step, it's always better to ask first anyway so the landowner knows who is on his land. They will often ask you to stay away from a field with horses ,or to try and shoot a fox that's been causing hassle. Or they might not like the look of you and not want you on their land at all, its up to themselves.

    Eagle,

The way our club works is that we go around and ask the landowners for permission in advance and if they give it (which practically all do), we put up a sign "No Shooting, Blah Blah Gun Club" then only Club members can shoot on it but they can shoot whenever they wish, even if they're out on their own during the week. Its very important though to look after fences/livestock etc and treat them as you would your own.
