    M1 MOTORWAY (GORMANSTON TO MONASTERBOICE) TOLL ROAD
    LIST OF MAXIMUM TOLLS PAYABLE IN YEAR ENDING 31st DECEMBER, 2005

    The maximum toll charges applicable for the year ending
    31st of December 2005 inclusive of VAT (21%) and
    rounding to the nearest 10 cent are as follows:

    Motorcycles (exceeding 50cc) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . €0.80

    Motor Cars . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . €1.60

    Buses or Coaches . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . €2.90

    Goods Vehicles with a design gross vehicle
    weight not exceeding 3,500 kilograms . . . . . . . . . €2.90

    Goods Vehicles with a design gross
    vehicle weight exceeding 3,500 kilograms
    and having 2 or 3 axles . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . €4.10

    Goods Vehicles with a design gross
    vehicle weight exceeding 3,500 kilograms
    and having 4 or more axles . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . €5.20

    VAT registered road users can reclaim VAT paid on tolls.

    It is a requirement of the NRA M1 Bye-Laws that a discount of at least 10% of the prevailing toll charge shall apply in respect of pre-payment for 20 journeys.
