Does anyone know of any program out there that will enable me to speed up some bits of video or make them go in slow-motion?

Alot of the editing packages have a setting to vary playback speed (slower or faster). Pinnacle Studio 7 has it, so I presume 8 and 9 too. There is a 30 day trial you could use. Adobe Premiere certainly has it, I guess Premiere Elements probably has it too (both have 30 day trial versions). Windows Movie Maker has a speed up option too.
