    Always open by 11, so I'd assume 10:30 as seansouth says. Normally very busy at lunch time.

    unless you're thinking of downstairs in bruxelles .... went down there on tuesday about 7.30 ish and neither side was open at all ... (but I think the rock side should be open at about 4pm, although that might be different for the christmas)
