If you are a vodafone customer use their website, same goes for meteor but I was never an O2 customer so I don't know about them.

On www.vodafone.ie and www.meteor.ie you get a certain amount of free webtexts per month. You do have to be a customer of the company though.

I imagine O2 offer it too although I don't know the correct URL for them. It could possibly be www.o2.ie ?

    www.Oxygen.ie does free messages too.

I thought that ICQ texting didn't work anymore in Ireland?
