    Before you shun the path of the righteous man you should first consult your taste buds as they will guide you down the path of condiment enlightenment, your taste buds cannot lie as your heart can.

    Mayonaise is full of oils which clog the heart and ultimately taint it, the heart cannot be trusted in matters concerning mayonaise.

    Mustard is natural and cannot poison the heart in the same fashion as mayo. Do not resist it!

    I'm pretty sure like any natural substance is contains a certain amount of lipids, but because the level would be nothing like that of mayonaise it wouldn't really poison the heart unless you eat an obsene amount on a regular basis.
