Does anybody know what an employees rights are when a company decides to up sticks and move to the far side of the city.
Does the Transfer of Undertakings act apply in this case.

I think "Transfer" here refers to the transfer of ownership of a business as opposed to just moving offices.

I think your rights could be largely affected by the actual distance the company is moving - if the distance is not that far you'll be entitled to not too much...
