Flat Tyre Motorbike Help

Got a flat tyre on the way home this evening. Managed to push it off the main road and parked and locked it outside a bank (logic being hopefully people will be less inclined to break open locks etc in the full gaze of bank cameras).

Have to arrange collection of it tomorrow and am at a bit of a loss where to start (will be joining AA after this is all sorted out .. )
Tried the tyre weld stuff but that didnt inflate the tyre at all near full but did get me a mile or so further down the road.

Does anyone know of a bike shop in Dublin that will pickup stranded bikes and bring back to the workshop to fix ?

Theres a motorcycle recovery crowd in the yellow pages. If they're not called "motorcycle recovery" just scan through the motorcycle section.

About €50 for pickup and transport to destination.

I have seen the van around the city....I am sure its a 24 hour service, maybe you would be better of ringing them tonight just to get it of the street.

Thanks frodi will try them too.
Inclined to agree Dub13 , but hoping its safe enough where it is (please..fate don't be tempted..) ..nowheres open at this hour and a BMW F650 is a beast to push 5 feet with a flat tyre never mind about a mile to my nearest motorbike shop :(

Will not sleep well tonite..serves me right for not having breakdown coverage ..lesson learned :(

    ...

Been there with the flat tyre. Was able to drop the bike at a cop shop overnight.
Bear in mind that with Carole Nash insurance they have a deal with a bike recovery company. No extra charge. Well you might have to pay charge if you call out at weekend or overnight but will be re-imbursed.
Mind you AA cover should be good too especially if you have a car as well.

Just €40 which i thought was pretty decent for the service. Have also since then ordered "ultraseal" which should lesson the risk of suffering the same faith again.
