    well dan,

got the other one in Lidi which i think is same one but Aldi one is cheaper and to be honest it was great, got it for my dad which he wanted NTL Digital upstairs and it took only minutes to setup...I got an infa red mic thing to plug in downstairs to NTL decoder and he can change stations from upstairs from downstairs TV.....

Well one in Lidi was great it was 49euro so if its same sorta thing you cant go wrong for 39euro...going to get one from Aldi on the 16th anyway...

Chances are it will interfere with any WiFi gear nearby so keep that in mind...

could that be used to stick into your NTL broadband cable modem and have one at the point on the wall and the other at your PC and have a kind of wireless network? coz NTL use coax for their broadband.

There is a Tv output on sender but was looking at manual and it said if user has a graphics card with Tv out it can send transmissions to the reciever hooked up to a Tv....

No but you can buy WiFi gear with cable modems built in. Also if you have a cable modem with an ethernet conection a standard WiFi AP would do.

    powerhousedan:
Id say the sender and your WiFi net are on diferant channels.
