IOL Broadband - High Ping?

I've been experiencing high pings from this morning. I usually get around 50 ping in CS: Source and UT2004 but now the pings were above 150. Is this the case with everyone?

seems to be a common problem with iol users but they wont acknowledge it if not enough people ring 1890 923 111. Ring them up and get them to stop this happening, it's a joke.
