A few of my mates have worked there, i think its just over the 300 euro mark, definetly no more than 350.

I am on placement in INTEL this year and it works out at approx 595 Euro every two weeks. It doesnt sound too bad but it goes quickly enough especially when you live close to Dublin!

I have heard rumours that it will go up to close to 800 Euro every two weeks for next year!

800 euro every two weeks would be so cool but i doubt it,thats 400 a week. only a few people in my class have got their contracts for other companies. most havent (although everyone has been placed). the ones that are going to citigroup and goldman sachs in london are getting 500 sterling a week. im envious!!!

maynooth is way better than lexilip. a little further away though. Social side much better...Maynooth.. Full of students and bars. Leixlip is not!!! both have nitelinks from dublin city aswell

Dont even think of staying in leixlip. Its dead all year round. maynooth is by far the best option.

Pay in Intel for coops is pretty crap. I was one a few years ago there. It's a few cents above minimum wage. €300 per week for 39 hours is not very much. Coops are second class citizens in Intel and most of the work they have to do is pretty mundane.

This year is 17,200 euro, up 1,700 from last year. but i dunno if thats for the 11 months, or 12 months.
    If 12 months = 330 euro a week
    If 11 months = 360 euro

Im doin the 11 month placement starting in April.

And defo move to Maynooth, not Leixlip. Nothing happens in Leixlip.
