Sound lacking everything!!!!

I have a new MSi K8N neo platnium. The problem is with the sound. Its a tiny bit crackly but its completly lacking bass and presence. There is no weird settings enabled and the line in and stuff is muted. I thought it might have been bad drivers so did a fresh install and still the same. Cleared the bios, still the same.…

I use the same Motherboard and soundcard. It is know to lack sound a but...if u use head phones it will be really quiet and faint the sound and very lacking in bass but i don't know where u are ggetting the crackling from, Does it crackle when u play any kind of music ?
