Mirror Recycling Shops?

One of the groups that drop off plastic bags to houses in Cork call themselves Mirror Recycling Shops. No where on the bag that they ask you to put unwanted items into do they state they are a charity but all other collectors seem to be bona fide charities.
Does anybody know anything about this crowd. They claim to have shops in thurles, Waterford, Clonmel, Tipperary and Ennis.
    Their pitch is as follows:
'WE NEED WHAT YOU DON'T WANT ... clean garments, bedding, childrens wear, toys, shoes, ornaments, household goods etc. We recycle these goods and sell them at a fraction of the original cost to people who would otherwise be unable to afford fashionable clothes and other items.
We use recycled carrier bags, steam press all garments and present items in near perfect condition in our shop. This enterprise ensures both full and part time employment. Your support will make life a little easier for numerous families who rely on these shops. If you have nothing to give please leave this bag out for reuse. For more detailed information please telephone Thurles 0504 26303, Waterford 051 854606, Clonmel 052 2850,
    Tipperary 062 33666 or Ennis 065 6843300

Are they legit? Who gets the proceeds of the shops as presumably run at a profit. Who is behind the operation? Is it a charity? Have 2 bikes that I want to get rid of and am happy if they go to a good cause but don't want to be scammed. Info please

The thing is this family could be is say India. Its probably a purely commercial enterprise that doesn't take bikes anyway.

Advertise the bikes to a "good home" in your local shop or give them to a student.
