im looking for a book recommendation. a horribly horrible depressing and sad book. my friends have found my recent enthusiasm for, well, EVERYTHING a little less than infectious... ive been on a steady diet of nick cave, tom waits, radiohead and leonard cohen etc... bear in mind, the saddest book ive ever read is of mice…

I hear there's a Japanese "Suicide Book" that if you read it, it makes you want to commit suicide.
Otherwise... little books have stirred me emotionally (or at least not in a depressing way).
