Has anyone else noticed MUCH lower than advertised battery life with this yoke ?

I use it with the remote, playing album by album, usually mp3 @ 192 and only get about 8 hours out of it ...

    Anyone else found different ?

Do you use the remote alot with the screen on? Changing files uses up more energy then letting it play out.

the battery life they state depends on a number of different factors.

    1. mp3's encoded at 128k
    2. no remote used
    3. no blacklight
    4. continuous play from track 1 onwards (no skipping through songs/albums)
    5. no equalizer settings active.

i'm sure there's more but that's what i can think of at the moment
