Influences: Rock, Pop, Blues, Experimental, Rock&Roll, Jazz, Country, Irish, 'outsider'.

The music I write takes its inspiration from all of the above and more; and harmony etc. from academic music. I try out all sorts of ideas to develop my music. You might say it sounds crazy, but it isn't wilful experimentation, because I have no interest in listening to that or making an artistic statement for the sake of it.
I intend to make a career in the industry, but not by conforming etc etc. However I am taking a risk with it, because it is probably not 'normal' music, so if you want to be in a safe band, this isn't it. If you are into bizarre and possibly disturbing stage spectacles too, that would be fine.

I am looking to form a band and play live as soon as it would be possible. Initially maybe just acoustic, because band members are hard to find etc. Ideally you might be able to sing too, with an original voice - if you want to sing with an American twang bugger off. Thick Irish accent a big plus. Or to just write Lyrics to music and develop a songwriting collaboration would be fine. I have already recorded one E.P., this with a different flavour (prog rock?), with a and a copy of this is available on request.

I play the guitar, not very well, but inventively. I also do vocals, and play bass guitar and keyboards.

I am just back from Manchester where I was the lead vocalist(note vocalist, I aint no Mariah Carey) of an electro rock group.
We were very much into experimenting with noise, I have written my own lyrics(lots of) which deal with anything from the Club kids in New York to alienation to sex and fake tan. I wore make up on stage, so It was kind of a weird presence and i was very into making people aske questions, if only about me....so I am really into electronic music, Fischerspooner, Soft Cell, Gus Gus, etc etc along with The Smiths, The Cure, Franz ferdiniand, The Killers, Marc Almond, Joy Division, Peaches etc etc. I presume since u didnt mention otherwise that you are in Dublin, I am in Cork which would surely be a problem...but hey, Its worth a try(I a movin to Dublin next summer...if thats any help :D )
