She's had to pull out of her next movie Anaconda 2 amid fears that insurers won't pay for losses incurred by the studio because pregnancy isn't much of an excuse to pull out of a film these days!

Lopez was recently dragged into a porn movie row when a US porn boss planned to release a home made movie featuring a Jlo look-alike having some fairly serious sex with one of her former boyfriends.
