I never really got all the motor bike ****e. So tell me whats the difference between the catagory of racing that Fogerty does and Doohan? Is it kind of like boxing with IBO, WBC, IBF, etc...

yay a superbike vs. world championship debate.
basically superbikes smell.
the FIM championship (Doohan/Biaggis) is a lot more interesting and great to watch.
and its actually a WORLD chamionship rather than half the races being in britain a la Superbike.
FIM have 3 world chamionships for 125, 250 and 500cc bikes.
